Can electric trucks work? We hear first hand from a number of customers that we're able to experience driving the @iveco truck and also see up close how it was built and the thoughts behind it! It is clear that if echo have thought long and hard about building this truck as an electric one!
They already have a number of alternative fuel options in CNG and LNG and also plan to develop hydrogen in the future. What is clear though is that if what is on paper and what they experienced is what comes in a matter of months time then this will definitely be able to meet I need within the truck sector.
With battery sizes of up to 490 kilowatt hours Providing excellent range and very little compromise when it comes 2 weight capacity this has got the users thinking! All in all this was a great experience for me and we are proud as @theevcafe have being able to be on this journey and get clear insight from those that will ultimately be tasked with bringing these vehicles onto fleet. What's clear is that at least some of the solution for the truck sector is electric, and much more of it than we ever thought!
