- Focus: Individuals ensuring the reliability, accessibility, and expansion of EV charging networks, from planning to installation and maintenance.
- Electric Fleet Transition:
- Focus: Heroes working within businesses (logistics, public transport, corporate fleets) who manage the complex process of switching vehicle fleets from fossil fuels to electric.
- Battery & Resource Innovation:
- Focus: Recognising those in R&D, recycling, or manufacturing focused on sustainable, efficient, and ethical battery technology and resource management.
- EV Retail:
- Focus: Individuals in dealerships, sales, or customer service who provide exceptional, non-biased education and support to new EV buyers, demystifying the technology.
- Technical & Service Bay:
- Focus: The engineers and technicians in garages and service centres who have upskilled to service, diagnose, and repair high-voltage EVs safely and efficiently.

- Rural & Underserved Access:
- Focus: Individuals or small teams dedicated to ensuring equitable access to charging and EV knowledge in challenging geographical locations or socio-economic groups.
- Sustainability:
- Focus: Recognising a commitment to holistic decarbonisation beyond the tailpipe, focusing on supply chain ethics, circular economy principles, and manufacturing footprint reduction.
- Policy & Regulatory:
- Focus: Heroes working quietly to shape the essential rules, standards, and legislation that enable the safe, rapid, and fair growth of the EV market.
- Wellbeing
- Focus: A person or organisation that supports the wellbeing of their people, friends and those in need
- EV Van and Truck:
- Focus: The person who has tirelessly fostered a positive approach to embedding electric light and/or heavy commercial vehicles into a fleet no matter the size.
